11th-14th June 2026
Wye Valley AONB, Wales.
£1,280 per woman.
As women, we don’t budget enough time for ourselves. We fill our calendars with other people’s priorities, but how often are we putting time aside to focus on our goals and purpose?
Our goals and purpose are the foundation of the rest of our lives, so we believe it is well worth committing a weekend to keeping ourselves on the right track.
You’re doing amazing – your work, home, and family – and from the outside it looks like you have it all together. But, never putting yourself first is leaving you feeling overwhelmed and under-supported. You’re exhausted from holding everything together for everyone, and all you crave is a space to be able to think, while you realign with our own ‘North Star’.
We – co-hosts Clare & Eloise – know how that feels, and we have created a space for you to pause, step back, and do something for yourself; the North Star Retreat 2026.
Over three days you’ll experience a balance of structure and freedom, indoors and outdoors:
- Gently guided sessions to help you realign with your goals.
- Plenty of unstructured time to rest, think, walk, enjoy the sauna or simply ‘be’.
- Reflective indoor spaces for conversation and journalling.
- Sharing delicious home-cooked meals in a stunning country house.
- Outdoor time in the beautiful surrounding landscape to ground and reset.
We promise you that you’ll never be rushed, and never be put on the spot; everything is an invitation, not an instruction.
When we talk about alignment with your North Star, we don’t necessarily mean thinking big all the time. A ‘North Star’ is whatever feels right and true to you in that moment. It’s about spending your time intentionally. So, during the retreat, if you want to stare at the sky for half an hour and clear your mind, that’s fantastic. Or if you prefer to focus on a task without distractions, that’s brilliant too.
From 11th to 14th June 2026 we’ll be staying in a beautiful, comfortable house in the Wye Valley, 20 minutes from the Severn Bridge. The house is spacious, and designed for ease, somewhere you can properly exhale. Surrounded by countryside, the Wye Valley is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty for a reason!
We want you to leave the retreat feeling like yourself again, with clarity and confidence, even just one clear intention or insight.
Connect with other women who are honest about the struggle, and are looking for a gentle reset, not a dramatic overhaul.

Meet your co-hosts
Despite being from different generations, and having very different interests and lifestyles, we’ve created the North Star Retreat together. Because, where it really matters – in our values and strong support for other women (and our sense of humour!) – we are completely aligned.
Together, we bring a sense of balance, like two sides of the same coin.
Eloise

Eloise works with women to help them slow down, reconnect, and embrace different experiences – often through movement, connection with nature, and being outside.
As a mountain leader, she brings a grounded presence that helps you get out of your head and back into yourself.
In this space, Eloise helps you breathe, reset, and let things land in a way that thinking alone often can’t.
She shares Clare’s value of living intentionally. Eloise’s rollercoaster career has taken twists and turns in the pursuit of finding her own North Star: to empower women to connect with nature and themselves. Following redundancy, she started delivering adventures for women, and finally feels like she is aligning with her purpose.
This retreat is another way to support women on their own journey to living their life truly intentionally.
Clare

Clare works with people who carry a lot – responsibility, expectations, decisions – and helps them cut through the noise to see what actually matters.
With 25+ years of experience in high-pressure environments, as well as navigating the realities of family life, loss, depression and (peri)menopause, Clare has developed a reputation for challenging the “this is just how it’s done” way of thinking. She is on a life-long journey of learning to live and work more intentionally, which means she won’t offer you neat answers, but she will help you find your own clarity and insight.
